ICI was contracted to serve as General Contractor for the construction of two west coast-style burger concept restaurants.
Located in Schaumburg, interior build- out work for this restaurant was managed in Woodfield Mall. A full bar and large exhibition kitchen dominates the 5,869 square foot site. The existing footprint was expanded to accommodate Red Robin’s needs.
To remain on schedule, the ICI team overcame unexpected equipment specification delays and storm sewer issues.
In Algonquin, this 7,055 SF freestanding restaurant remained extremely close to schedule despite an unseasonably rainy fall that caused problematic site conditions.
To maintain schedule, ICI’s management, along with electrical and plumbing subcontractors, accomplished a four- day kitchen build out and completed floor penetrations for installations with accuracy and success.
