Success during the construction phase of a project is comprised of four essential elements: Safety, Communication, Quality and Schedule Control.

Throughout each project, communication meetings are held with the Owner, the Design Team, the ICI Team and sub-contractors. These meetings serve to provide updates on progress, schedules, preparation for upcoming activities and a means for quality control. These face to face meetings, in combination with ICI’s technology platform, allow each party involved to be constantly aware of job site activities and provide and solicit necessary feedback.

ICI’s schedule control process allows us to develop a comprehensive plan for how to take a project from ground-breaking to ribbon cutting. ICI develops all schedules using critical path techniques. This allows us to determine any activity by date and provides a logical sequence of activities based on the established timeframe. The schedule is a management tool and it is the standard by which we measure progress and ultimately, successful completion.
