Todd attended Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction Technology. After two summer internships at ICI during his time at Ferris State, he joined our team in 2006 as a full time employee and today holds the position of Project Manager. At the beginning of his career at ICI, Todd contributed significantly both as a project manager and in the field as a project engineer and superintendent to one of ICI’s largest accounts; the Wal-Mart Corporation. This experience with large scale site developments and fast-paced schedules has benefited him greatly as he continues to expand upon his resume and project expertise with Roundy’s Inc. on several Mariano’s Fresh Markets.
As an ICI Project Manager, Todd is responsible for the management and coordination of projects from pre-construction through closeout. He handles cost estimating, value engineering, trade contractor analysis, constructability recommendations and scheduling.
Todd is an avid University of Michigan fan. His lifelong dedication to their football program has been passed down through generations of his family; first his Grandfather, then to his Mom and now to him.
