Scott graduated from Ferris State University in Big Rapids, Michigan with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. As a Project Manager with ICI, Scott is responsible for the management and coordination of projects from pre-construction through closeout. He has handled cost estimating, value engineering, trade contractor analysis, constructability recommendations and scheduling for many of ICI’s significant clients. His strength in creative decision-making and attention to detail have been beneficial for all clients as he carries their project through pre-construction, construction and close-out. During his time at ICI, Scott has managed projects ranging in scope and complexity from large-scale new big box retail stores to auto dealerships to restaurants in downtown Chicago and across the country. Additionally, Scott is one of 800 Certified Professional Constructors (CPC) worldwide. This exam-based accreditation process is a formal recognition of his industry-specific education and experience.
In his time outside of work, Scott enjoys traveling. He traveled to Pamplona, Spain and was one of about 500 individuals from around the world to take part in the Running of the Bulls event at the San Fermin festival.
